I'm going to get my blogging point early this week! I was going to start my own healthy challenge today because the last few weeks have been a free-for-all, eating whatever I want, drinking soda, very few fruits and vegetables or water. I can totally tell by the way I feel. The thing is, I can't figure out why I revert to the old ways. I feel so much better about myself when I am trying to follow the guidelines of the Healthy Challenge. I was super glad to see the email from Rachel this morning, even more motivation to get back on the wagon!!!

The thing is about this challenge is that it keeps you motivated! I almost didn't do the competition and I knew that I would have regreted it! So i just kinda wanted to say "Thank You," to everyone and their support! (Plus my brother is joining!) I hope that I will be able to keep healthy after the competition! So good luck to everyone! I love you all!

Okay I don't know about the rest of you but are we the only ones that can't seem to eat by 8 p.m. You would think that would be an easy point to get but not for me. I have convinced Morgan that he needs to do this so he has been hitting the gym and getting his cardio and weights in everyday, I wished that I had that much determination. I guess that I will have to try harder at getting my cardio and stuff next week. I do feel better since we have began this again, I too was lacking in being healthy.

O my friends! I am doing TERRIBLE this week! Sue, I find myself eating after 8 too, mostly because B gets home so late from work and I "think" I am starving! I am not! I only went running 2 this week and to 1 aerobics class and alas that dreadful soda has been guzzled everyday but 1! I think I am going to need you guys to motivate me! Good job Morgan! I am envious of your motivation!

I feel like this time around is a little easier for me. At least, I have my highest point total ever so far this week. Hey Rache can I get the dinner gift card? I have to admit that the soda is one of the points I just admit defeat too. Can't seem to kick that one. I can do real good with the fried foods and most work days the sugary treats. I am glad you all decided to go another round. Just think how good we will all look in our swimsuits at Bear Lake ;) I am thinking D-team to beat didn't think we were all much of a challenge????? Thanks Rache for your efforts to get us going again!!!

This week has been the worst week ever. I have not paid one bit of attention to eating healthy or focusing on any thing for the competition. I got the worst score ever I'm sure in this competition to date. However we were on vacation most of the week and then coming home is not the easiest to get back into a routine let alone focus on the being healthy thing. I know its no excuse so this next week I will have to kick it into high gear. Hopefully Chey and I can get into a regular routine of exercise and motivate each other. Thanks everyone for doing this again I really think it helps I know it helps me.
