Welcome Back!

WELCOME...back to the Stewart Family Face off, and to those of you joining us for the first time WELCOME! I hope you are all ready to gear up for a good old healthy lifestyle! It is my hope that through this competition we will be able to help each other reach some pretty important goals and lifestyle changes. If we all support and encourage one another it can't be that bad right?!

This is our road...it is long, windy, uphill and at times ugly! But, picture the view from the top!!! Imagine what you can see, what you had to overcome and how accomplished you feel once you reach the end of the road!

"You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough"

I chose this quote because I feel that there is a lot of truth in it. "Work" doesn't just mean in a daily go to work get paid sense, it can apply to all aspects of our life. If we are living healthy and strong we will be able to the things we want to do instead of watching from the sidelines while everyone else does the things we want to do. I truly believe if we work hard we will be blessed and see the fruits of our labors. It takes time to notice change but persistence and continuity will help us reach success!
